Living with an old rangefinder

My everyday camera is older than me. The light seals had turned to sticky dust, so the first job was replacing them with a strip of foam and a lot of patience.

The shutter sometimes hesitates at the slowest speeds when it is cold. I keep it inside my coat in winter and it behaves.

It is quiet, small and makes me slow down. That is why it is still the camera I carry most.
